Refund policy
Please note: All items from Hippie J are customized, vintage, handmade, and one-of-a-kind. Due to the unique nature of our products, we only offer store credit or exchanges.
Returns/Exchanges:
- Hippie J does not currently offer refunds. We do accept returns for store credit or exchange
- You have 7 days from purchase date to return for store credit.
- Store credit expires 1 year after issuing and may be used towards purchase of in-stock items only.

All returned items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached. If returned items do not meet the above criteria, they will not be accepted for return and will be sent back to the customer.

Returns/Exchanges:
- You can start the return process by emailing Hippie J at hippiej.com
- Please include your order number and what the problem is exactly with the
item. - You may send the item back at your expense.
- Once it is received and meets the criteria for exchanges we will then mail the exchanged back to you at our expense.
- If we do not have the desired exchange item in stock; you may still send the product back to us at your expense for store credit.

If the product meets the criteria for exchange we will issue a merchandi-credit via email within 3-5 days.
Please note Main Street Threads is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We will do our best to help you locate your package but the customer is ultimately responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company.
Ineligible for Exchanges/Returns:
Items are NOT eligible for return/exchange if they meet any of the below criteria:
- Final sale item / ineligible item
- Past 7 day return window
- Item has been worn, washed or damaged
